Manufacturing Plant In order to reduce the production cost, Inventec Besta had moved the manufacture plant from Lin-Kou, Taipei Province, Taiwan to Kunshan, Jiangsu China in 2008. Besta Kunshan factory has approximately 8,000 square meters production floor, with complete SMT, Sub-Assembly, Assembly lines and the production capacity could be boosted up to 9,000pcs of finish products per shift (1 shift = 8 hours, maximum 3 shift daily).
Strong Technical Support As Inventec Besta owns well-trained and experienced R&D teams, we are able to provide customers with complete services from initial concept discussion, product development to mass production. We also offer strong software and hardware engineering support, as well as co-working together with client’s R&D team in research and design during product development stage of OEM/ODM cases.
Supply Chain Management In order to fulfill our commitment of environmental policy and eco-friendly responsibility to the earth, Inventec Besta has been taken and managed “Green” raw material into accounts and put it into our supply chain management as a key factor when considering the adopting of parts.
Quality Assurance Inventec Besta has a comprehensive QA laboratory located in Taipei headquarter for hardware and software testing and verification, as well as product safety and reliability test to ensure the consistency of product quality. These tests and verifications will be done before a new developed product is released to Kunshan factory for mass production. Our Kunshan manufacture plant Is also a ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and IECQ QC080000 certified factory by SGS. We have 10 quality assurance systems in the factory to ensure our product quality:
